NatuurGeweldig makes outdoor experiences accessible by developing tours with different levels of physical demands. Experience with hiking is not always required. In general, you need to have a good basic physical condition wich means be able to walk at least four hours in hilly terrain with a daypack. A daypack weighs between 10 and 15 lbs. During the lightest tours, you walk approximately two and a half hours per day.
Is this also suitable for children? That depends on several factors. Of course, the children should enjoy hiking, and they should be able to carry their own small pack. In addition, parents should be able to carry some extra weight. When these criteria are met, there are many possibilities!
